I recently completed my Doctorate at Macquarie University under the supervision of Mark Alfano and Regina Fabry. Together with Mark, I’m part of the Digital Trust Research Group: a collective of philosophers and computer scientists that specialises in studying large-scale, in situ online communities.
I’m also part of the Theory and Methods in Biosciences team, formerly headed by Paul Griffiths at the University of Sydney. Here, we focus on applying the philosophy of science to contemporary biological and biomedical research with the aim of promoting a more integrative approach in these fields.
Prior to moving to Australia, I studied at Leiden University and the University of Maastricht. In Leiden, I obtained an MA in PPE; at Maastricht, I received my BA in Liberal Arts & Sciences.
